JUDGMENT

MANYARARA, J.: [1] We have listened very carefully to your address as the Learned Judge President has said, we have read the record and your Heads of Argument. We have carefully considered the Judgment of the Magistrate in this case and we have seen no reason to differ from his findings and we also believe that the sentence is not in anyway excessive, either for the attempted stock theft or for the obstruction or defeating the course of justice.

[2] Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed in its entirety. That is the appeal against conviction and sentence.

MANYARARA, J.
