IN THE HIGH COURT OF SOUTH AFRICA
NORTH WEST PROVINCIAL DIVISION, MAHIKENG
CASE NO: 1404/2008
In the matter between:
SEHULARO DOMINIC SEDIKO APPLICANT
and
MINISTER OF SAFETY AND SECURITY RESPONDENT
JUDGMENT (LEAVE TO APPEAL)
Landman J:
[1] The applicant, the plaintiff in the main application, seeks leave to appeal to the full bench of this Division against the whole of my judgment and order delivered on 20 August 2015. The application is opposed by the respondent, the defendant in the main application.
[2] The grounds on which appeal is sought is set out in the notice of motion and the head of arguments of Ms Zwiegelaar, who appeared on behalf of the applicant.
[3] The applicable test in this instance is whether there are reasonable prospects of success on appeal. I have considered the grounds but I am of the opinion that there are no reasonable prospects of success.
Order
[4] I make the following order:
The application for leave to appeal is dismissed with costs.
