Thais appeal and the appeal in Consolidated Frame
Cotton Corporation Ltd v. The President of the Industrial
Court and Others (case No 117/85), in which judgment has
just been delivered, were heard together. The issues
in the two appeals are identical.
For the reasons given in the said judgment, this
appeal is dismissed with costs.
