DIRECTIONS

1. The matters listed below will be called online on the dates and at the times indicated. A link will be circulated shortly. Counsel are asked to ensure that all relevant practice directives are promptly complied with. Any party wishing to be heard in open court must immediately contact the presiding Judge’s registrar in writing with a fully reasoned motivation for the matter to be removed to open court.

2. All papers must be made available on the Caselines platform. To the extent necessary, the parties and their legal representatives are asked to engage with Mr. Chauke urgently to ensure that the presiding Judge has access to their papers on the Caselines system.

3. The parties are placed on notice that the papers in matters numbered 2, 4, 7 and 8 are presently inaccessible to the presiding Judge on the Caselines system. The parties are invited to engage with the presiding Judge’s registrar urgently to ensure that the required access is given.

4. Matters not made accessible to the presiding Judge on Caselines will be removed from the roll.

5. This roll may be supplemented as the week progresses.
